Meet J.D.
J.D. Madill is the owner and founder of J. Robert Development Inc. He fulfills the daily role of President/General Contractor for the firm's residential and commercial projects.
Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, J.D. came to the states originally to play baseball in college and hasn't looked back. With an entrepreneurial spirit, and parents who taught him to be resourceful, he has been able to start numerous companies and successful investments that span healthcare, fitness, real estate, and construction.
He began working on job sites at 15 years of age and has touched every aspect of building and never shied away from physical work remodeling or flipping homes. Now, as an investor and developer, he is able to bring the right partnerships and trades together to solve problems and conserve margins.
J.D. resides in East Tennessee with his wife Hannah and their son (with another on the way). He always makes time to play in a fundraiser golf tournament and they try to travel as much as possible!
